Last night I joined my back yard,
I gazed through the tender-moving clouds,
Unblocking my vision towards the stars above
I transcended, drifted away with the scene,
Silence came over me,
A fragrant breeze invaded us,
Introducing another magnificent episode
In which, the stars, the moon, the sky
And the silence of the night,
Are the protagonists
However, the clouds chose to play the devil,
Conducting in front of the seeing moon,
That started fading bit by bit
The clouds cheaply ruined the beautiful frame,
Calling out for another devil,
With no doubt, the stars eventually
Disappeared, handing over the stage
For one character to lead;
“Darkness”
As if time stopped since then,
Though the silence of the night, the gloss of the stars
And the tender breeze went off without a sign.
The antagonist had it all under control.
Expectedly, I waited, for there must be
A hero to get things right again.
Well ... I thought it’ll be the moon again,
Acting the unexpected savior
But there was not a chance struggling
Those stubborn, double-crossing clouds
A Morning dew, however, flashed
In the plain-dark sky,
Sending golden light,
With pearl straight- sharp strings of rays
Uh ... It’s the sun finally,
Everything is to a totally new start,
New scene ... New episode;
A breathing dawn filled the universe
With life and hope,
A new born was delivered
A gorgeous “Day” which was barely blank,
Waiting eagerly, a role on the stage to play
Wow! As I came back to my world,
And out of all that I’ve lived,
I came out with one little perception about life;
It was those questions I asked within:
“We, the humans, what parts will each of us play today?”
“Shall we sacrifice like the stars and the moon?”
“Shall we, like the sun, help make this world a better
STAGE?”
