2 medium sized potatoes finely chopped
2 potatoes cut into cubes
cauliflower abt 1/2 cup cut
handful of peas
rice soaked in water (rice acc to ur requiremnet)
red chilli powder ...haldi ....salt......garam masala
lemon
oil
In a cooker put some oil n heat. add jeera. then add onions...n fry.
then add potaooes,cauliflower n peas. and mix well.
then add red chilly powder,salt,little haldi and garam masala. and mix until all the masalas are mixed well.
now add the rice that was soaked in water(without the water)
and mix so that everything is mixed with the masala.
then add fresh water until it covers the rice and the vegetables.
squeese half a lemon, and put little corainder(optional) and mix
taste the water...and u'l get an idea if it needs anything else in masala's......it shud be spicy little..
close the cooker n cook for 1 whistle in full flame. not more than that.
AND THEN ITS DONE!!
u can put any vegetable u like...can also include carrots..etc
