Shyam Savera(Curry)

2 bundles of Spinach(approx 1 kg),
Corn flour,
salt(apt),oil,spices(or garam masala),
finely chopped onion,
paste of tomato & cashew,
garlic & ginger paste,
turmeric powder,ground coriander,cumin seeds(or jeera),
Cottage cheese(or channna,or crumbled fresh paneer)

Cut the Spinach and wash it.
Boil it for 5 minutes and then drain the water properly.
Mix 2-3 tsp cornflour in spinach.
Alongside take some fresh cottage cheese,put some salt and black pepper,mix well
make small calls of it and then put the spinach and cornflour mix over it, such that it forms a average thick layer around cottage cheese. deep fry the balls in oil.
Now for the gravy, put some oil in frying pan and put a little bit of ginger and garlic paste for taste .Put the finely chopped onion in pan first and cook it till it becomes slightly orange, then put tomato and cashew paste and fry it again for some time. Now put 1/2 tsp of turmeric poder and ground coriander.and cook it till the gravy is cooked. now add cream to the gravy.
By now spinach balls would have cooled to room temprature, so cut them in equal halves and put the white portions above while serving with the gravy.
